What’s included in the private hibachi experience?
The experience includes a professional hibachi chef, tableside cooking, custom menu options, engaging performances, and all essential equipment needed to deliver an unforgettable show.
How far in advance should I book my event?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holidays, as dates fill quickly. Last-minute bookings may be accepted if availability allows.
How many people can you serve at one event?
Hibachi Glenn caters to groups as small as 8 and as large as 40+. Let us know your guest count, and we’ll tailor the experience to fit your needs.
Do you provide tables, chairs, or dinnerware?
We provide all cooking equipment and ingredients, but not furniture or dinnerware. You’ll need to arrange tables and seating for your guests.
Can we customize the hibachi menu?
Absolutely! We offer customizable menus to suit your preferences and dietary needs. Vegetarian options and kids’ meals are also available upon request.
What space or setup is needed at the event location?
We require a flat outdoor or well-ventilated area with space for our grill setup and guest seating. A power outlet may also be helpful.
Is a deposit required to reserve a date?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. Full payment details will be provided during booking.
